After having my truck towed by Apache Sands Towing & Car Wash, I end up having to pay a $3,000.00 bill for a brand new transmission installation. It's only a 2006 Raider so I wasn't happy when the paid diagnosis resulted in "an internal failure" within the transmission. Being this was only 1 day past the warranty, I called Mitsubishi to ask if they would help me with repairs/cost being only 1 day past their warranty. Needless to say, they refused which is why I will NEVER EVER purchase another foreign vehicle in my life. I've bought 6 brand new vehicles over the years and this takes the cake. So, I was left with the full $3,000.00 charge. Apparently Apache Sands and their negligent tow truck drivers who don't give a s**t about anyone's vehicles, "DRAGGED" my truck onto the tow bed while it was in park. This is what caused the "internal failure" in my tranny. Before this, my 2010 Camaro was "DROPPED" off the tow truck and left with asphalt crappings and scratched paint under the front of the vehicle. Even though is wasn't noticeable just looking at it, you had to bend down and look underneath to see the major damage. We enter the Camaro into car shows so that's how we discovered the damage. Upon investigation of this, my color paint was found at their tow yard on the asphalt where it was let down of the truck. I then demanded them to cover all repairs in full. In which they did. But their services end up costing me way more in repairs than I could afford. I will NEVER use their services again. Police departments use them so they are careless and sloppy in their work. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
