I am a widow and enjoyed the Security system in the high population area where I lived. I moved to a small rural town and remarried and no longer feel the need for the alarm system. The salesman told me prior to my signing that if I were to move, the sysem 'would go with me." Now I find out that it will cost $100.00 and I would need to start over by signing another three year contract!

I feel that the salesman misrepresented the terms of the contract and I should have an opportunity to negotiate the rest of the contract. I contacted the company, but they will make absolutely no concessions and have no qualms about accepting the 39.00 per month fee and not provide any services at all. I will not entertain another three year contract nor pay the additional 100.00
