After more than 2 hours of high pressure closing techniques, the salesman assured me of a "cancel at anytime" policy. After multiple emails and phone calls to APEX attempting to cancel, I was told that I signed a 5 year no cancellation contract. I was given 2 choices. Either pay for the remainder of the contract period in full now and service would be cancelled or find a friend that would be willing to fulfill my contract for the remainder of the 5 years.
