On June 26, 2004 I contacted Apex through their web site letting them know that the 32 inches TV set (Model PF 3220) that was bought on February 29, 2004 at Circuit City was not working.

Via the web site I was ask to contact an authorized service center that will take care of doing any neccesary repair under the conditions of the manufacturer warranty.

None of the service centers I was reffered to want it to deal with Apex.

I contacted again Apex Digital and I received an e-mail signed by Betsy Cruz/Customer Service Rep./Apex Digital, Inc./2235 E. Francis St. by which she was referring a repair center Video Doctor/27253 Camp plain Rd./Canyon Country, CA 91351/(661) 298-0272.

A representative of Video Doctor came to my residence on July 17, 2004. They found they needed a replacement part to do the repair. Since then Video Doctor requested the part from Apex Digital Inc to no avail.

I also filed a complaint with BBB Southland (Apex Digital, Inc. - CMPL NO: 10415421), and their last answer to BBB Southland dated July 21, 2004 from Apex was " We will look into the issue and see that it is handled in the timeliest manner possible".

As of today, and after several e-mails, and phone calls in which I requested a call back from a manager, the TV set is unrepaired.
