Complaint Review: Apex Garage Door

 Hello, My garage door was getting hung up on the right side. I googled a garage door company that was local to fix it. The garage door only needed springs repaired on the right side . However instead of replacing only the springs on the one side, he replaced everything with a very expensive unneeded system. My husband (who is disabled and wheelchair-bound ) and myself pleaded with the man not to take down the entire garage door system . He only shook his head and laughed. I went back out into the garage several times and told him him several times that I did not need or want an entire system he laughed, ignored me and put it in anyway. I never felt to violated and intimidated in my life. I am certain he took advantage of us because my husband was in a wheelchair and couldn't do anything about it . A reputable company would have left the damaged parts but your repairman hid them in his truck. He charged me an out rages amount of money . I tried several times to follow up with the company. A man named Tim called me, he was very rude to me and refused to offer us any help . The whole situation was horrible and I wished I had never called them .
