I've read through the complaints that all of the poor employees who have been suckered by this company have written. I am not one, and have no axe to grind, but i when i think of young families, and young fathers possibly quitting their SALARIED jobs, or taking the Apex jobs instead, based upon lies, as their children go hungry, i feel that it's my duty as a human being (who's otherwise uninvolved) to do SOMETHING about it.

First of all, writing complaints on this site is useless because unless their potential recruits and new employees know about the site, it won't help. It may make you feel better, and whatever helps, go for it.

The Better Business Bureau can also do nothing.

Here are my suggestions.....HOLD APEX MARKETING ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE TROUBLES THEY'VE CAUSED YOU! How???

I'd start by reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. Their website is www.ftc.gov/ftc/consumer.htm

OR
The United States Department of Justice
Their website is www.usdoj.gov/usao/offices/index.html
OR
The Florida Attorney General's office
Their website is www.myfloridalegal.com

THESE are the organizations that can put an end to them. Also, figure out away to get in touch with each OTHER and UNITE!!! Find an attorney who will take the case and file a class action lawsuit.

So to all of you disgruntled former apex workers, who were told lies, manipulated, or feel that they've been stripped of their humanity by this crew, i've just provided you with ALL the ammo that you need to right this wrong, and you owe it to YOURSELVES to take action, to prevent the next victims. Because if someone did this before, maybe YOU could've been saved. Good Luck and GODSPEED!

Just so you know...Writing reports here does help. It helps because if you google these companies, you find this site. So potential new hires who want to get some info on the company they just interviewed with or found on one of the job sites can sit at their computers, type in the name and Ta-DAA tons of Rip Off Reports on all these scumbags pop up.

Contacting all of those agencies you listed is taking it a step further and is fantastic advice. Calling the "companies" (I use that term in the loosest sense of the word) out on this and all web-sites that serve to eliminate fraudulent and shitty business practices is a great way to stop them from spreading their evil ways throughout the land!

That's it.
