Complaint Review: Apex Marketing Solutions

Apex marketing solutions has closed its doors today without paying any of the employees.  rich barto has been delaying pay checks,  and now the are out of business.   my girlfriend has worked there for about a year now and  hasn't had any trouble with being compensated for servies rendered.  last month the president of the company Rich Barto started delaying paychecks claiming that the company has no money to pay its employees on the reg pay period and that he will pay everyone as soon as possible.  my girlfirend recieved 2 personal checks each about half her wages,  and when Rich finally did pay her it still wasn't for the full amount.  2 weeks later he closes the doors and sends everyone home without pay or even knowing when they would even recieve their final paychecks.  Apex marketin solutions is an unethical company with an unethical president and should be sued for lost wages and such...
