we signed a contract with Apex, a salesman came to our shop, we were told all the great things about the company, factual amounts of what was to be charged and amounts of what was to be charged. BUT.. the salesman left out so many things! The paper isnt free, like we were told, there is a fee, we were also hit with another 125.00 a year charge from a 3rd party and this will be charged yearly!! We had no idea!! and we were NEVER told, even though he said he went over the contract!

Also a second business was added to the machine and they are charging her for a monthly fee as well as our company whom is already paying for the machine!! There fees are ridiculous, We should of just stayed with our bank!! Now what, we are stuck in a contract for 4 years!! THis second company is a single employed nail tech. , just starting out, and cannot afford to keep getting these fees and charges!!all they tell us is to read the fine print!!
