Apex Merchant Group Rip off - extended contract and charged early termination fee after we were with them 4 years getting ripped off in fees Plano Texas
We changed CC companies and cancelled Apex. A month later we were charged $595 early termination fee. I called customer service and was told too bad that we missed the contract end date by 5 days and they had re-upped the contract for another year. We had been with them paying way high fees for 4 years and now they dinged us again.
