The order in questions was an Internet ordered submitted by myself. I did want to order The Dynamic Submission 2000. I think this would be an excellent program and would love to have had it. I was aware of the cost of the program and was more then willing to pay that amount provided I received the registration code to unlock the software to the full version once I had paid for it. I never received the code.

I sent several emails to: Sales@apexpacific.com and never heard from them. After a week of requesting the code, I called the credit card company to dispute the charge being I did not get for what I paid for.

They stated This order has been processed for over months. It is impossible for us to Issue the refund to this client after he/she has completely used the program. Any questions or complaints regards to their order(s) must be submitted within 30 Days.

I did in fact send in more then 5 emails to the above email address with in the same week asking for the code. I never heard anything from them. So again, with hearing nothing from the company, and that being the only email address I had and being charged for something I did not have the code for. I put a stop payment on it.

I ended up buying another program like theirs and using it. This program does me no good. I never received the email, nor heard from them. I do not wish to have this program any longer. I have bought a program called Active Web Traffic Pro. I bought directly after this company being they did not give me what I paid for.
