APEX did not deliver goods on time.  Took over 66 days of delay in delivering goods.  In addition, it did not pay for damaged goods.  They have asked me to file a Claim with CSI Claim Servvice as their insurance company (which I was informed is juts their agent to drag the Claim process for month without paying the claims?) who did not pay the claim for over a year without responding to inquiries on settling the claims. I complained to Better Busness Bureaue to of no avail.  I filed a claim for $3,800 for the delays (per contract) and actual damges to my goods.  This dispute is going on since 2015 and I want to put Consumers about such imprudent movers.
