I have had several communications with this company starting January 22, 2016 about possible wholesaling of their virgin hair. I was trying to make sure the company was sincere about the hair being 100% UNPROCCESSED as a lot of companies in India deceive customers aboard with non virgin hair that is advertised as so. Finally, on October 22, 2016 I placed my wholesale order for 30 bundles of curly and wavy Indian hair! After a long process from their bank of confirming that the purchase was not fraud my package was discharged! My 1st contact with them was just a few days later on Nov 4th about a brownish color rinsing away from my hair as I co-washed it for a client! They assured me it was dirt as the hair is sun dryed. I couldn't deny or confirm that so I went with it. Again, I reached out on the 5th, the very nxt day about suggested products to use on the hair as it looked nothing like the pictures and looked even worst then it arrived after being wet. (Be advised, the hair arrives looking nice and when it's wet with tons of product added it's even nicer, but when it drys BABY!! So I took his advise although I have worn Virgin hair since 2005 and figured what his suggestions may be better for his brand. A week went by and I sold 3 bundles of hair to a customer in inches 18 & 26. Immediately she contacted me very upset that her hair was drying out & shedding away as it was being installed after a co-wash with pictures to match! I assured her the wefts were sealed by my exporter, as I was assured and offered to replace a bundle of hair that was the driest and shedding the most on the bottom since the other bundles was already installed. I contacted Apexvirgin hair representative Shan for the 3rd time on Nov 14th about this concern and suggested returning the hair but was told that the customer must not know what she is doing because the hair should not be shedding or drying out! I had a in depth conversation with him on the phone about my concerns and about the hair that I myself installed seeming to be very dry! Again, suggestions were given on how to care for the hair and I told him I would give it a try but that I wasn't very impressed with the quality as you advertised this being the BEST 100% NON SHEDDING, NON TANGLING REMY HAIR and it's doing all the above! The final draw was me co-washing my hair with the suggested conditioner the day after Thanksgiving and adding a lil oil and combing my hair with a wide tooth comb as normal! After it dried, later that night, I braided it and put on a satin scarf as per normal and went to sleep. I woke up the next day to my hair being the worst it's been yet!!! After every wash the hair seems to get worst AS IF A PRODUCT IS WASHING AWAY FROM IT. This time I contacted them and told them that I absolutely cannot sell this hair and that I myself have been having a horrible time with it! And that no way this Curly hair is Unprocessed!! This hair mattes up now on its own as the day goes by without me even doing anythg to it or touching it! All but 2 bundles of hair I have sold to my clients have been returned! And the client that hasn't returned it complains everyday about the quality but has already paid $250 to have it installed so she settles for it! The representative told me to send pictures of all the unused hair, which took a lot of time as he wanted to see the individual bundles out the pack. I sent pictures of the hair along with my picture of MY hair installed that day, completely dried out after conditioning it the night before! "I WAS TOLD MY CONCERNS WOULD BE REVIEWED WITH MANAGEMENT "! I received a email shortly afterwards saying as per policy I cannot get a refund but only an exchange since I'm new to selling hair and because I didn't contact them within two days. How would I know the conditions of the hair in TWO DAYS if I hadn't sold it or installed it yet! I do however have a trail of contacts with my concerns starting two days after receiving the package! Me being new to SELLING hair has nothing to do with me WEAR VIRGIN HAIR FOR 11 YEARS and knowing how to care for it and know how it acts! My new company has suffered a hit to its reputation as they think I intentionally sold them a bad product and it will take some time to rebuild my company! I think it's horrible that overseas companies take advantage of people because they think they will get away with it but I will stop at nothing to be reimbursed for a product that is completely unsatisfactory and promoted as something it is now! Now, Shan who's probably the owner, acting like a rep who can't make any decisions, is combing through my social media page sending me pictures of post I made during the 1st week telling me how good the quality is and putting the fault on me for the hair. In advertising the hair I took a dozens of pictures the 1st week of installatio, following a condition wash and posted them sparadicly over the 3 week span. I posted a picture with my hair clearly groomed and freshly condition as that's the only way the hair behaved and wrote captions like "didn't comb my hair all day" to allude that the quality I'm selling is so good that it still looks great! A "I woke up like this" effect. Shan of Apexvirgin hair /indianhumanhaircompany is now saying this is why the hair is bad. He now keeps emailing me with different pictures trying to convince me that the quality of the hair is good and because I straighten and "didn't comb it" (which I did) I can't get a refund. That's funnny becaus 1st he said his MANAGER would review my claim, the he said it was a no refund policy, now he's saying because I was gloating about how good the quality was that 1st week it must be my fault the hair is bad! Smh I can't keep up with these people! Let's just say I didn't comb the hair, which I did, that should not be a reason for this hair to ball up and dry out with leave in conditioning in after a condition wash with great products, some of which he suggested! I guess my customers didn't comb or take care of their hair either since it's all of our faults the hair is crap! I am now dealing with this issue in accordance to the law in an attempt to recover my 1800 spent. Please do not support this fraudulent company and waste your time! Spread the word and repost to anyone you know trying to import from India! The customer service is ammaculant tho I will say so you get a A- for that but that NON REMY NON VIRGIN YAKI THEY ARE SELL IS TOTAL BULLSHIT! Trust me, I have 20 packs of it so if your thinking about sampling their hair contact me and I'll sell you that bullshit for a fraction of the price. Swap it out for store brought hair your attempting to buy because that's what it is I was nothing but respectful to that company but now I'm very disrespectful and pissed off about my time and money wasted. I will post pictures below of the hair during the 1st 9 days where it looks really nice with product added, prior to days where whatever acid or silicon used to fool people started washing away. I will also add products of products I explored using (not all together) over the course of the few weeks. And finally the hair in it's REAL ORIGNAL STATE with just a co-conditioner, oil & leave in and air dry! BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! RUN THE OTHER WAY, U'LL WANT TO THANK ME!
