This man sounds like he has an african accent. He goes by the name of Mustapha Abdul Maalik and uses a business by the name of APL. He has many blogs in real estate investor sites and claims he can do all sorts of lending. His site looks legit, but once you go through the process, he will ask you for your bank information and your credit card information. hHe says that you don't need to pay any fees uprfront, but that he will pay the $1,000 underwriting fee for you. Then he will ask you for your personal bank information so he can withdraw the funds.The picture he uses belongs to an arab business man by the name of Hamdan AlMurshidi. This is a total scam. He targets Real Estate investors and commercial business professionals.
