October 17 2003 I was contacted by Jeremy Prichett a sales person at aplus.net A long discussion about building me a website with my domain. I was told that by December 2003 it would be finished and we would go live. December 2003 came and I was told that it was complicated and it would go live January 2004. This company kept putting me off month after month while the site never did get built.

April 2004 came and a new programmer was hired and started to work on the site. In May 2004 this programer that was finally doing something quit aplus and I contacted aplus a requested they return my $27,900.00 deposit. They refuse to talk to me and will not answer my phone calls or emails. This company has ripped me off with promises they never kept and they will not return my deposit money. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC.

This company (APLUS.NET) has got to be stopped from ripping people off. The Federal Goverment should get involved and get the money return to the people and close this company down and punish the wrong doers that run this scam company. I have all the proof to show that they made promises after promises and never intended to complete the website.
