I am an American contractor working in Iraq. I ordered over $1500 worth of apple products and had to use a third party shipping company. APOBOX.COM recieved my order and charged me for each item shipped instead of one package. They then notified the shipping company, but never sent the items I was charged for. When I tried to access my account with them about a week later, my account no longer existed. I have yet to get someone on the phone and I cannot email the company about this without signing in, which is hard to do with an account that doesn't exist. Fighting this from overseas is difficult, and has showed no success.
