Apollo Pool Apollo Pools Valrico Complete Remodel, but Apollo keeps adding dollars and has not completed pool and work is poor Valrico FL
Apollo pool was over 2 months later than promised to fix crack in pool. They also charged me close to $1000 extra on top of the 7k to fix the DE filter.
Now, I have all the DE in the bottom of my pool. I want to do a chargeback, and I cannot get anyone from that pool company to call me back. It is not in my nature to charge things back, but when you have this shoddy kind of work, with the added hassle of not having things fixed that the compnay charges you for, then I get irritated
I have a video of the pool, with all of the alleged changes in switches, and plastic water turn-offs, and the charges for the DE grid and new dirt when I had 50 lbs there for them. Now the pool is full of DE, and I cannot get them to come out and see.
