Complaint Review: Apollo Transfer

First off, This is a report of what this company did to my brother, not to me. I write with firsthand knowledge since I do his accounting and taxes. Now to the report. Apollo's people give a constant runaround to drivers when they call in. Drivers are called Liars by people who've never been in a truck let alone are even so much as have CDL's {Commercial Drivers License}. Dave is their headdispatcher, Keri is second, neither has ever so much as driven a truck and have absolutely No Idea of the raw skill it take to handle a rig weighing 26,000# to 80,000# with a length of 26' to 70' long. I don't drive for them and I've been called a Liar myself. I am a retired 25yr. veteran of OTR {over the road} trucking. I've driven for several Company's in my life, but Not One ever was so disrespectful as Apollo Transfer. In addition they use standard PCmiler instead of CMV PCmiler which is a rip off to drivers because it is designed for car not commercial vehicles. Thereare weight and length and height restriction all over so the CMV miler routes drivers the Legal route to take, pc miler is just the shortest way. In most cases this will shortchange drivers their payed miles by at least 10 to 15%. See my next report for bad accounting by Apollo Transfer.
