Apollo Van LinesINC picked up our furniture in middlebury,ct mover(anthony) asked when we wanted it delivered. Told him 8/5/11. He said ok. We called the company that day, they said it would take 15 to 45 days. Glendale, New York
We,called "Soft touch movers" we had given them an inventory, they gave us a price. we told them our address and moving date. When the movers showed up it was "Apollo" movers.They knew our destination and went around checking their list. They loaded everything and when given the invoice,the price was double their estimate. We did add to our list so we gave them half then,the other half on delivery.We have been waiting 2 weeks calling on occasion but to no avail. We have a cashiers check for the balance but they don't get it until the furniture is delivered.
The loaders are good people,the management sucks. They have done nothing but lie to us.
