With a lot of time and effort I have found the parent company of APPERRA! It is RESTORATION MEDIA INC. One of the owners is Nicholas Pardon and there are 2 numbers to reach him....

714-426-4500 and 949-260-9616. It appears they have mutiple products that they market with the automatic -renewal "terms", just as they do with Appera.

I too, like so many of you got caught up in the agree to the terms or you cannot have your'free product' agreement, only to have them hang-up on me when I tried to cancel. Or better than that have no record of my even calling or emailing them at all, until after the expiration of the'FREE TRIAL' period.

I have been cursed at by representatives on the telephone. Everyone I speak to is the Supervisior of the moment. I have een told to shove it ** ** ***!!! I was that told they have my money and I am not getting it back and the next sound I hear would be her hanging up on me. And i was!!

I have filed a fraudulant charge with my credit card company and will call NICK PARDDON personally
to let him know how deceptive his adds are. If he is not ashamed of his terms and pricing, print them in BIG, BOLD LETTERS, right under FREE SAMPLE for only $6.95 S&H!

APPERRA REFUND !! FROM OWNER OF COMPANY!

#2Author of original report

Sun, April 10, 2005

I am happy to say that by calling the parent company of APPERA WHITENING PRODUCTS( Restoration Media Inc.) that I received a FULL REFUND!

They are corecct when they state that in the "very fine print" that they tell you t there is an automatic renewal of $89.97 every three months unless you stop it before the expiration of the "FREE" trial period of 14 days for the trial sample.

The problem is the ""normal font" is so tiny it is easy to miss. Obviously! Or so many people would not feel so RIPPED-OFF".

I did suggest to Nick Pardon's (the co-owner of Resoration Media Inc.) asssistant, that this is an AUTO-RENEWAL CONTRACT and the terms be printed in BIG, BOLD LETTERS and NUMBERS. If this were done directly below the "FREE SAMPLE" plus $6.95 S&H, these complaints and feelings of being "RIPPED-OFF" would cease.
