Appera Ripoff Read this before doing anything with this company They are liars Newport Beach California
I had the unfortunate experience of signing up with Appera Whitening before I read the many reports from "Rip-Off".
What happened to me was exactly what happend to so many others (even though I cancelled they charged my account the $89.97 anyway).It was very hard to get through to them on the phone, when I did they said there was nothing that could be done.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor "Jason #6392" said he was the supervisor. When I called back a few minutes later, "Kelly" said she was the supervisor and on and on...
I made the mistake of believing an email that someone from Appera sent to the Rip-Off Report as a rebuttal to one of the many complaints (Please see the rebuttal from Sandra on 3-13).
When I called the numbers "Sandra" left in her rebuttal, and asked for Sandra, Jason told me she doen't take calls. When I read the email Sandra left he said "I don't know why she said to call her...she doesn't take calls".
So you see, they even lie in their rebuttals. Don't believe anything they say. It will catch up to them...
