Complaint Review: Appera Teeth Whitening System

On March 15, 2005, I ordered the product. They said I had 30 days to try it before I would be charged anything. I tried the product and it burned my lips and gums severely. On April 13, 2005, they charged my credit card for a 3 month supply. I had sent them e-mail to cancel on or about April 3, 2005. But they still charged my credit card. I wrote to them that same day sending them e-mail again to confirm cancellation. They sent me back an e-mail confirming that they had cancelled my credit card. But to this date, they still have not refunded my money. AND THEY NEVER SENT ME THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH THEY CHARGED ME.

I have written several e-mails requesting a refund, and they still haven't done it yet.
