Terrible experiences similar to all other reports.
I cancelled w/i the 14 day period, to no avail. They debited my bank account two times in one day for nearly $180 w/i the trial period!
Couldn't reach by phone...mechanically put on hold twice, each for 30 min. and then a disconnect.
Website wouldn't open.
