After a consumer has purchased an iPod or iPod touch they find that Apple has imposed certain condition before they can use the device. The consumer must:

Register the device, agree to an agreement that includes allowing Apple to gather information about your computer, tell Apple what industry you are in an you job type, provide credit card information, open an Itunes store account.

None of these requirements are made clear PRIOR to the purchase of the device. These conditions also change which means they impose more conditions after the intial purchase.

Apple should make any and all conditions CLEARLY visible to the consumer prior to purchase and should not be allowed to alter the conditions after purchase.
