Apple Farm Service False representation of product Covington Ohio
Apple Farm Service listed a used John Deere 4400 tractor on AuctionTime.com for an auction. While auctions are buyer beware, I called Kent Holmes at Apple Farm Service to find out if the tractor in question had a specific accessory and he lied and said it did. It did not. The accessory was my reason for bidding on the tractor. He was not available when I went to pick up the tractor. When I called him he said he was sorry but didn't know about John Deere equipment.
