I bought the 2018 MacBook Pro about 1.25 months ago and the screen randomly died. I took it to an authorized apple repair store and they said it was defective and needed to be replaced. The following day they called and told me that for some reason Apple doesn't have any screens available and it would take 30 days to repair. I told them I can't wait 30 days because I make myliving off of this computer. They didn't care, but said I could call Apple Support.

I did, they refused to do anything. I bought a $3,000 Brand New computer 1 month ago and they want me to wait 1 month to get it fixed. I paid $300 for Apple care + and none of them give a d**n about me not being able to work without it. I am so beyond astonished by the terrible customer support. This company has gone downhill.

If they were honest and interested in doing the right thing, they would give me a replacement or a full refund. This treatment of customers is pathetic.
