Apple iTunes Movie rental fault, would not download, no repair or refund Cupertino, California

I occasionally will rent movies from iTunes to watch on airlines iPad. I downloaded, well made a purchase of a movie rental and there was a fault, it did not download correctly. It is stuck on my iPad, it won't or can't download. And upon asking apple to correct or refund they told me NO!

So this is the second time this happens and again, they are keeping my money and not fixing the problem.

Your request for a refund for "The Expendables 2" was carefully considered; however, according to the iTunes Store Terms of Sale, all purchases made on the iTunes Store are ineligible for refund. This policy matches Apple's refund policies and provides protection for copyrighted materials.

Beware this company, they are no longer reputable. They do not stand behind their product or services!
