Complaint Review: Apple-iTunes

I always when possible will pay more money to get a Digital Download of a movie to download for viewing on either my IPOD or IPAD.I had called Apple the first time I ever downloaded movies into my IPAD I had unchecked the movie I had downloaded but went back to make sure I had done it right and the movie did not show in my purchase list I called their free support line and reported this.The representative walked me through the steps to put them back onto my purchase list that it would always be there unless I deleted it.iTunes states too that if you are missing a movie from your purchase list you can connect your IPOD or IPAD to readd it to your list of purchases with is an all out LIE.I was scared that when I had lost the titles in my purchase list that when I connected my IPAD that I had downloaded the movie into that when I connected it to iTunes it would suck all the movies out of it-which in fact it did and it did not add them back into my purchase list.I had checked every Digital Download which would show the title or picture of click on it and play it to make sure it actual downloaded all the movie.A window would state that any purchases I had made would be added to my list of Digital Downloads which was also a lie as well.When I purchased an external hard drive to download all my purchases into over 25 movie titles were missing I called the support line and was informed that since I had called them before I could only use the Customer Support Line for my IPAD for only 30 days if I wanted there help I would have to pay $29.95 a month to get help with this issue.Since I still had the authorization codes for all my original movie downloads I down loaded each of them except for I AM Legend,The Last Airbender,SpeedRacer,and My Sister's Keeper which are mostly WB Movies as well.

My Sister's Keeper just came out on cable 3-5 months ago and I purchased the Blu-ray of the movie and it included a Digital Copy-WB of course and it had a one year expiration date to download it which ended Last Year?I sent WB an email concerning the 4 titles mentioned and they stood their ground stating that they would not permit me to digital download these movies due to their expiration date even after I explained iTUNES and APPLE had lost them.I replied to their reply email that if they could not assist me in this matter that I would report them using this web site so hopefully WB might change their policies for a non-expired date on any Digital Download as long as you can not only verify your email address but also have a good authorization code.
