apple unlimited recruits everyone, as part of their 5step which is their system for building impluse to get customers as well as prospective employees. usually its through ads on craigslist or they take certain resumes on career builder and call people to have them come in. they have you interview with either dave apple or sydney livingston, who are actually dating, living together and not hiding it. then if the person doesnt like the interview they're forgotten about but those that they have interest in, they let the person know to expect a phone call about a second round interview.
dave apple actually in an ex-coke addict, possibly still dabbling in drugs. he's had multiple women in his office that he preys on, evident of ellie frey and sydney livingston. he had a relationship with both of them who just so happen to have made it to the top quadrant of the pyramid as owners. he locked ellie into the business and she did it, yet of course having had sex with dave apple would boost anyone's chances. she began her ownership still in dave apple's office but finally got out of dodge to orange county, ca. another owner he promoted to ownership is a male who actually had to stay in his office for two full years while both his female owners were out in less than a year. now his piece of a*s is sydney, she's being done the same way ellie had and hasnt realized to get out of his office. her business overhead may be low because of sharing costs with dave, but it is still SHARING half the cut of dave apple's bills that are not even hers. he 5stepped them into sticking around.
the second round interview is just observing what they do at apple unlimited, rather out of apple unlimited's office (GAS STATION), which is the day of "o" for the person already employed. this technique is to lock and recruit more people into the business to make money off of. they make the job sound as easy and fun as possible and when theyre hired on, they are hired on under the person who took them out and then the pyramid begins once again.
they claim to not be a scam but a multi level marketing company which is all the same thing. although you dont buy into it, you spend a lot of money to be involved in it such as gas money, "making the event stand out" with balloons or anything for that matter, food out in the field. most of the time when people are sent out SOLO (by themselves) its to a lesser gas station to "test their ability" but really its to make them quit. most of the time, they spend more money than making money and would not at all be reimbursed. the only money that is really being made is Quantum, the distributor of fw1 cleaning wax, and Chipio, the glass shop made up by these offices through the nation to keep their momentum going.
if you just so happen to pull up to a gas station and have someone approaching you from a stand or table, thats one of the people from apple unlimited who are trying to rip money off of you. either they come up telling you its customer appreciation theyre gonna wash their windshield or they just come up trying to talk to you but really trying to get the FREE DEMONSTRATION of the wax to you. so they wash your windshield and LOOK for damage and convince you it needs to be repaired and if you've got a little time, full coverage, and with the right insurance then you're ready for windshield repair. with the wax they just tell you about the product in a way to convince you to buy it (5step)
so they pull the car over to their area and call up the insurance companys glass claims department to actually make a claim on their insurance. they have the warranty broken with the insurance and has to take chipio's, which can be supported by the millions of dollars made from insurance companies and the continued pyramid scam across the nation. most of the time its surface chips that do not need any repair but that doesnt matter. the employees are measured by the numbers they bring back to the office which is how many windshields they repaired that went through with insurance.
whenever the call goes to the glass tech at the end of the call, they offer pricing which goes from $50-$120 for windshield repair where the employee only gets $18-20, $2 or so to the event coordinator who set up the bribe to be at the gas station, and the rest of that money is split with the owners (dave, sydney) and Chipio themselves. thats where all these peoples insurance goes, no wonder they tell people this is a non-recession business.
how "certified" are these glass technicians telling you you need your windshield repaired? not very. there is a warehouse where their stock of fw1 is located along with chip repair kit bags to send out to the field. in the warehouse, there are several cracked out windshields for new employees to practice fixing a windshield. half the time, its only a day or two learning and they're OK with going out by themselves doing the faulty repairs. most of the time, they are faulty repairs and end up spreading and cracking out anyway. theyre not glass tech certified. dave apple and sydney certifies them to make money for them.
most of the time, many people they hire quit or are "let go" when their production doesnt make them any money. there is a HIGH HIGH turnover rate with this so called company and only so many people can endure the BS dave and sydney push along onto them. the opportunity at the end of it all is ownership, but ethically its only to make the pyramid scheme grow and grow to produce money for everyone else.
any rebuttals to this would be a disappointment and a waste of time when it is all true. watch out
