Complaint Review: Apple Unlimited owned by Dave Apple

 I worked for this company for a while and actually quite enjoyed it at first. Everyone seemed really positive and helpful, and the manager Dave Apple seemed very successful. After a while I started to notice how up and down his moods were. He would randomly become angry, turning red in the face and sweating profusely. There were times he would be unable to keep his hands still, stay focused on task and would scratch his skin until he would bleed through his shirt.

I dont like to judge people wrongly, but these were clear signs of drug use. He would also become very sexually aggressive towards his female employees, making sexual comments and even touching a girls thigh and make a joke to laugh it off. He admitted on more than one occasion that he would lie to interviewees and employees to boost sales. He lied about the percentages of sales each rep was making for profit.

It seemed like every week he would have an excuse for why he couldn't pay people on time. If you're so successful, you would think you could afford to drive a car that isn't falling apar without making excuses like "its not what you spend its what you save" and spending more money on continual repairs and breakdowns. He would take people on business trips that were not paid, and keep people in the office for 13-15 hours still not getting paid. He hangs the possibility of management and working hard in front of you to keep you motivated while he sleeps in his office and screws around all day. 

I even hear that his Vice President drug tested him and his higher ups are aware! What kind of company allows this?? I thought it was all rumors until he asked me to perform sexual favors and even offered me cocaine while I was in his office for a 'one on one'. I came home disturbed and explained to my husband, and needless to say I never came back. He is a very VERY Good manipulator...it will all seem well and good until the truth comes out.
