Complaint Review: Apple

Apple I spent over $200 for applecare. The ability to get help on the phone. I have had to wait over one hour to get a live person the last three calls. This is $10 service NOT $200! Pandemic excuse is no longer valid, its been 5 months and employees are working remotely! AppleCare is not worth the money Cupertino california

Applecare is worthless. On three seperate calls, the wait for a live person had been no less than 30 minutes and no less than another 20 minutes to be transfered to the correct department. I paid alot of money for my Apple and service, the service I am not getting. I would like my money back.
