When purchasing a subscription for a service that an app provides, I tried to request a refund through the report a problem section of apple. After giving a legit reason in the dispute, they still turned it down. I even called the "support" number and the "advisor" claimed she couldn't refund the $10.81 because it was already turned down to do so.

Last time I checked the customer is always right, not the employee. They obviosuly don't care about their long time apple users.
