Applebee's Bad service and bad bartenders. Sierra Vista, Arizona
I have been going to this resturant since they opened. I have had good to decent service over the years. The service and the quality of employees, to include management, has severely decreased.
I have been ripped off, over charged, charged more beers than I actually have drank and money added to my card after I have cashed out. The bartender is a thief, liar, meth head and allows her friends to enter the resturant with their own booze.
I have personally seen a manager witness a bartender drinking beer in the store prior to work and did nothing but asked her to leave. When corporate was contacting, they insist that they would do nothing about it. They have lost several customers and will probably lose more. Dont waste your money in there.
If they dont care about customer service, they why should we care about filling their pockets with our hard earned cash.

You state the manager asked the drinking on the job bartender to leave but that nothing further was done. How would you know? For legal reasons, customers are NOT made privvy to any discplinary actions (even overly nosy ones like you) that may have been taken. In other words, you have no clue what may or may not have happened, you have no clue what you are talking about. Additionally, how would you know if the bartender was a meth head? Do you join in or something? This complaint is utterly ridiculous!
