I placed an order online via smartphone and paid upfront (first mistake) and arrived at the Curbside To Go 5 minutes before ready time.  Checked in via phone and with a server in the parking lot in person.  25 minutes later I check on the status and they said they had no order for me. 

They knew which parking space we were in, would have been nice if somebody told us right away.  I went inside and showed the Manager the confirmation email and asked for a refund.  HE REFUSED!  Said I could either wait or get credit but no refund.  I'm out $45 bucks.
