Complaint Review: Applegate Sweepstakes

I recived a letter from Applegate Sweepstakes prize Inc. Called them and about 2 weeks later recived a check. I then took the check to my bank had them deposit it. to make a long story short the check is a fraud. There using the Childrens Health Care of a Atlanta's name onthe checks as the person who wrote it.

I have contacted the childrens health care and i have them backing me. Second of all if you have Inc after your name you sure arnt from over seas. I think this company is U.S. based and have ther number routed over there to make it liik goodd. My lawyers are going to try and get to the bottem of this and sue them for all they got.
