Complaint Review: Appleseeds

Appleseeds Orchard Brands/Blair Using the company's own return label, over a week ago I returned the package, they claim they have not received it and that I have to wait another 3 weeks for my refund to be processed. Internet

I contacted Appleseeds to inquire when I would receive my refund.  I returned 2 of 3 items purchased.  I was surprised to learn I needed to wait 3 weeks more (package was sent back over a week ago and they say they haven't received it).

No where on their website does it say 4 weeks for a refund.  If you use their return label there is a charge of $9.95 deducted from your refund which I thought was reasonable but now wonder what kind of return service it is that th packag would not be received by them in over a week.

 

I do a fair amount of online shopping and from time to time have to return merchandize --- I never experienced a 4 week wait and I think something is fishy with this company.  Unfortunately, learning too late -- they have many complaints all ovr the internet.
