DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE. PLEASE believe all the bad reviews. It isnt worth the hassle.

Our home warranty company, American Home Shield, sent this company out when our AC stopped working. They sent Randall. He was good with our dogs, seemed friendly and informative. Thats about as good as the review gets. He came out three times. The first time he refilled the Freon. That worked for 2 days, and then the system formed ice and stopped working. The second and third time out he tried to determine what specific part was malfunctioning and never could. On the third visit, he said that he was too big to fit behind the unit and had to call and schedule a smaller technician to come out. He sat in our driveway on the phone for 30 minutes. No one ever called us back or came out. My wife called them, first thing the next morning. She spoke to a Karen who said they had no order for another technician but would call her boss and find out what they could do. We waited until 3:30 to call them back. My wife then spoke to a James there. He said that there was no way to get a smaller technician out that day and that if she had called earlier then he could have done something. My wife told him that she HAD spoken to Karen that morning and that she never called back. James told her. And I quoteWell maam, I have no way of knowing if you are telling the truth. He then hemmed and Hawed for a few seconds and then told her that the original technician, Randall said there was an accessibility issue. She told him that I used to weigh over 400 pounds and could access the system with no issues. James said he would have to call her back. I answered the phone when he called back and he said that In speaking with my technician there is a safety issue and Im calling your warranty company to get them to send someone else out.So.3 trips, 2 weeks later, we still have no AC.1st off. I cannot imagine telling a customer that you have no way of knowing if they are telling the truth. 2nd.There was no safety issue the first three times his technician went into our attic. It wasnt until they couldnt figure out what was wrong that it suddenly became UNSAFE to work on the unit..When I asked James if I heard rightthat he was just quitting and not servicing the account. It sounded like he mumbled something then hung up on me. Im talking to American Home Shield come Monday morning and directing them to all of the service review websites, where you can see how many hundreds of people these people have ripped off. Im also posting this to every single consumer review site I can find.
