Appliance connection Refused to refund full shipping fees for defective merchandise Brooklyn New York
I was shipped a summit undercounter ice maker for $999.00 including free shipping. The unit was defective. I called company and they could not locate a repair facility near me so told me to return it for a refund. I returned it and they kept over $300 for shipping fees. This was a mont old defective machine. They promised to refund me some of that money back, but never do. They actually lied to me on a email telling me that they agree to send me some shipping fees back, but never did. Ive been fighting this for 4 months. They are a bunch of thieves. Ive been in touch with my attorney and the district attorneys office as this falls under interstate laws.
