Appliance Doctor Outrageous Rates Bensalem Pennsylvania
Recently the top rack supports on my KitchenAid dishwasher broke and I called Appliance Doctor who has done work for me in the past. The technician told me this was a common problem and wold cost about $300 to fIs it. I assumed that I was getting an expensive part. No, the part was only $35 and it only took thirty minutes to install it.
If you do the math, that boils down to $530 an hour. It was not a complicated procedure. According to the managetr, that is the "flat rate". According to the technician, they charge that because it's a common problem ( and a carsh cow for them). I feel very ripped off ( and pissed off). If you don't want to feel the same, don't use Appliance Doctor.
