Appliance Installers of Los Lngeles, incompetence bogus warranty. BBB will not show my complaint ever happened! What good is the BBB??
My husband and I had Appliance installers install our dishwasher in Los Angeles about a year and a half ago. Three months ago our Maytag dishwasher started to smoke. We had a Maytag repairman look at our dishwasher and he stated that the initial connection that was performed by Appliance installers was poor and could have led to a FIRE !
I contacted Appliance installers , however because the installation was over 1 year- they said that it was not covered under their warrranty. The connection for the dishwasher should have lasted for many years to come and not only 1 and 1/2 years. It was very UPSETTING to know that our lives and our house was in danger of a fire.
I have filed a report with the better business bureau as well- and still, 1 month later, the BBB site for appliance installers says "no complaints" on this company! The public should be aware that APPLIANCE INSTALLERS are not reliable or trustworthy.

Funny thing happened. I looked at the better business web site today and they did update the site after I filed my report with ripoff. Now their report says "one complaint filed and proper consideration was given" The TRUTH is that it was responded to... but they basically said that they were not responsible !! And we are very angry at their response.The report from
BBB doesn't say that APPLIANCE INSTALLERS did NOTHING and we were NOT satisfied.
