samsung refriger froze my food called number off internet 8-7 made appointment 8-8 was told main board was bad, he replaced it, was told wait 24hrs to plug in did this.  when plug in no light temp. goes up to 50.  call him back 8-10 was told to unplug from surger an plug direct in to wall, now tem. is 15 back to freezing. call again was to come back out 8-14 no show. when i call now tells me leave mesg. then mailbox is full. paid him $460.00 cash  Am senior citizen, want it fixed or my money back.
