Complaint Review: Appliance Rescue Inc.

Beware of hiring Appliance Rescue, aka Appliance Repair operating out of Broward County. Website does even have a physical address or even a zip code. That should have alerted me, but since I was in a rush I hired them to fix my dishwasher.

It seems all mechanics of this company operate by the name Mike and a different Mike representing another company showed up claiming he was covering for his friend.

They claimed they needed parts worth $500 and took an advance only by check or cash to order the parts. When the promised dates passed and I called to enquire, the original Mike answering the phone got abusive, nasty and threatening.

I am now contacting lawyers and law enforcement to track down this person and recover the deposit.

Stay clear of this website and company.
