Complaint Review: Appliance Warehouse of America

For the last 5 years I have been forced to chose one of two companies my apartment complex tells me I have to use for a washer and dryer rental. The apartment complex will not allow you to bring your own, claiming that your own can leak water and cause damage. I went with Appliance Warehouse of America. I have paid over $1,800.00 for a washer and dryer  that I can not own, something that is depreciating as the days go by. Because I could not own the washer and dryer I asked for a replacementof something newer. I got bad "used" washer and dryer "replacement". I got a third set - it took over an entire hour for the machine to wash 1 load of clothes. My clothes have been spotted and damaged by their bad appliances. The washing machine leaked water all over the laundry room floor. They refused to have a service call, because I was behind in my payments. I had to have the apartment maintenance come and turn off the water. They have been pay currently and refuse to prorate for the month of service, in which I had no functional washer. They refused to give a credit, when I disagreed with them they threatened to come and get their raggedy junk...they are welcome to it. This is not the end people, I will be satisfied and I will get the money back that they collected for no service. Don't put up with mess from these crooks. Avoid this company, chose another.
