Appliance Zone left the impression that the Item was in stock. After a week I tried to contact them, No Phone number or email are available to contact them (the 800 number does not get you to customer Service) only chat is available. They told me item is back ordered. I "chated" again a week later still back ordered but promised to sent it out shortly. Today I initiated another chat and was told I have to pay more for shipping (to Hawaii). I have lost confidence and asked for my money back. Lets see what happens. Lesson learned check the online reputation first before you order. I have ordered from several other online appliances parts retailers and would all recommend them.
