Complaint Review: appliancezone jim allen ceo

i purchased a electric control board for dishwasher found i did not need this part called and asked if i could return the part there reply to me if it was not used and shipped back in same shipping  package it was not used still in the same box i have been lied to i have been mistreated. i have sent part back to the return center i was told to , ups cofirmed that a mr. cooke received the part on thur. oct11, 11:41am.i have sent emails and have not had been able to get any response from appliance zone i am a senior citizen on a fixed income and got ripoff how sad that is shame on you jim allen and appliance zone
