Complaint Review: Applied Education/ Charles kohout

 Chuck uses grand stories of doing huge deals along with small gestures of good will to blur the picture so he can take advantage of you. Chuck got me thinking I could flip houses years ago. I went out on my own and learned the business with great success. Years later I wanted to do a deal with Chuck out of appreciation for pointing towards real estate years ago.

I partnered with Chuck and he personally stole 7 rental units from me then literally blocked my number when I inquired. I was devastated. I couldn't figure out how the guy I had so much respect for could be a slime ball. But here's the point. Chuck is a con man. Everything he has came from con'ing someone else.

If you meet him and are impressed by his success, know that it's from screwing someone over that was close to him and moving on. Chuck will likely show off "his new apartment buildings" to some naive student one day but he stole them from me because I trusted him. This guys is a classic sociopath that keeps less capable people around him that he can manipulate.

He threatens everyone with violence and then retreats to the excuse that he's "with his kids" or something else he'll say is more important than keeping his commitments. Be smart, trust your gut, stay away from this guy. There's nothing he's teaching that you can't find for free online somewhere or cheap in a book.

Chuck saved my a** when I was down & out. He helped me with a place to live & a job Now I own my own car & I'm drug free. I can not say enough good things about him. I know I blew my opertunity with him when I relapse & stole from him...... and he still forgave me. And I'm sure he forgives you for this post and his ex partners for stealing from him. Sadly I know from working with him that attorney you mentioned took advantage of him when he was down and out & he probibly forgives her too I have to ask myself, why would you publicly try to damage the reputation of somebody who was taken advantage of and tried to pay you back anyway ? I know for a fact from working with Chuck, that he personally lost more than double with all of his lending institutions and investors lost . Yet somehow he is able to keep smiling and helping other people. Never in my life have I known a bigger hearted more forgiving individual I can not say enough good things. Sure not everything he takes on works out, lord knows I didn't. But he takes on things that no one else wants to and does his best to fix them. This is yet another attempt of mine to make amends with him. & you are right! I am sorry I never got to take one of his classes in person, how ever,I did learn a lot from an audio I got on ebay. God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference. Chuck does not know the difference yet he is wise and courageous... I've seen him do the impossible and I've seen him fail trying, Yet he keeps stepping to the plait to take another swing. I'm willing to bet you all made more by knowing him & being in his presents. In the event you ever read this chuck. I'm sorry and thank you for everything. I love you big guy
