DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Derek Oberholtzer is the "CEO" of this SCAM. I have paid 995.00 that I didn't have and for 5 months they have done NOTHING. I was promised a loan modifacation and a break from making my mortgage payments and now I am losing my home! Countrywide is auctioning my home on Friday.

Marie Mchatton is a dead beat loser. Nancy Jones doesn't return my calls. The BBB even told me that they were considering dropping them because of the multitude of complaints. They gave me Derek's e-mail address. Once you give them your credit card number you NEVER hear from them again! They don't care about you or your home, they want your money! I have 3 kids, they PROMISED to get my payment lowered, they PROMISED that I wouldn't have to pay my mortgage for 3 months. PAT WISE IS A LIAR! Derek's e-mail address is Derek.oberholtzer@apply2save.com.

If you have been scammed by that SCAM ARTIST tell the BBB about it and tell it to him directly! I want THEM to tell my 3 kids that we are losing our home! Think I can get a return phone call? NOPE. Think I can get my money back even though they have done nothing to help me? NOPE. No refunds I was told. Thanks to APPLY2SAVE this Friday we are HOMELESS! I wasn't even late on my mortgage, they told me NOT TO PAY!

LIAR'S, THIEF'S, CROOKS. YOU ARE ALL GOING TO HELL!

#4UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, April 07, 2009

I am a former employee of Apply 2 Save (or for the last 3 months, Federal Loan Modification Law Center). Fed Mod was served papers yesterday by the Federal Trade Commission (check it out on their front page under headlines, www.ftc.gov), and now Apply 2 Save is trying to back-pedal to get out of trouble. For any homeowner that was a client of Apply 2 Save, (or Federal Loan Modification Law Center that ended up with Apply 2 Save), we need you to come forward. The FTC needs each homeowner to file an individual complaint by calling 1.877.FTC.HELP (1.877.382.4357).
Your help is appreciated in helping bring down these companies and in making sure the victims receive compensation. If you could also respond to me with your contact info, I'd be more than happy to contact you, or keep the information for the federal investigation that is taking place right now. You can email me at cordillaanne@gmail.com.

Thank you...

It's a little too late to see where it goes. They auctioned off my home on Friday and my 3 girls and I have no where to go. Obviously you haven't checked their BBB rating, they have 54 complaints. Obviously you haven't Googled Apply2save and seen all of the other complaints and rip-off reports. Is the BBB going to save my home? NO. Neither is Apply2save. I'm happy to hear that you MAY get help from them but what about me and all of the other people that have been scammed? So my home got foreclosed on, you think they will give me my money back. NO. What do you call that? HELP? They never even returned my phone calls. Thanks for the helpful advice-wish I could take it but because of Apply2save me and my girls are homeless..........maybe we can move in with you since you MAY keep your home.

We are using this company. They are currently in contact with Countrywide. We are also trying to sell our home through short sale and are currently stalled because we have 2 different types of negotiations with Countrywide. We paid $800 up front and they wanted another $800 to continue. We sent the check post dated and didn't hear any "updated" news from them. We put a stop on the 2nd check and are still in negotiations with Apply2Save. We'll see where it goes. We were even contacted by our representative from her home phone number. I suggest to just keep your cool and keep contacting them and your lender to see if any progress has been made. If you're still not satisfied, then contact the BBB.
