Neil Hersh persued me for months to do business with his appointment setting company. I finally did due diligence looked on the internet for a report like this, asked for references, looked on the BBB and Chamber of Commerce pages. Everything seemed to check out fine although I was a little leary because he asked a money order and would not accept a credit card (first warning sign). Once I paid my money a lady by the name of Chantel Pheifer (President of this Company) called me and gave me instructions on how the service worked. She was scheduled to start calling on 9/26/08. for a 10/1/08 first appointment. My first (and only appointment) was a fiasco. The man I was supposed to have an appointment with had no idea who I was or why I was there. I called Neil Hersh who said he would check it out and get back with me - and something to the effect of call me anytime - I am always available to help you. He did not call me back so on 10/2/08 I sent an email to the company demanding my money back.

Chantel called a few hours later - she had all kinds of excuses for not setting any more appointments and lied about setting the 10/1 appointment with the wife not the husband (I know it's a lie because I confirmed it with the man and his wife). I tried to call Neil Hersh again - his phone has been disconnected. I have put in a complaint with the Culver City, CA BBB - and they are persuing a solution for me. However, I believe I will be out $600 unless these liars suddenly get a conscience. If approached by any of these people or companies - run!!!
