Complaint Review: Approved Building Maintenance LLC

Todd Nelson entered into a contract with us acting as a sub-contractor.  He paid once and then never again!  He owes over $20,000.  I can only assume he lost his only contract and is keeping the money he owes to stay afloat.  He was late paying the first time and didn't pay the second at all.  He threatens litigation to try and bully us around.  PAY YOUR BILLS!  We paid our employees and now are suffering because he won't pay what is owed.  I would warn all cleaning contrators to stay away from Todd Nelson who owns Approved Building Maintenance, LLC.  He operates out of the bay area in California and has preyed upon an Arizona company.  Be wary.
