Very sorry to write negative about a company but I think it is right for people to be aware of a company which does fraud.

I signed up to appsbar.com about 1 month ago. I created my app for my business which is a Tattao shop in Chicago. After making the app, I was happy it got published to Android. Then I found out that the app was published but not under my name. It was published under a appsbar account. I contacted appsbar and let them know the problem I had. Marc Mannuel contacted me back and said: "Read our terms and conditions and you will see that your app belongs to us and we can do whatever we want". That was scary. I am not a lawyer but when I went to my lawyer and spent $250 for a consultation, he said that appsbar.com is wrong to do this. I then contacted google to let them know and they also said appsbar infringes on copywrite. They took my app off. I now am looking for another app builder so i can publish my app. But I have to spend hours again making my app. I was not ripped off for money but I was ripped off for time I spent and misleading information from appsbar.com.

Everyone should be careful. Read their terms and conditions. Whatever app you make, belongs to them. This is very bad way to do business.

I did more research and found out that many others have same problem with appsbar.com I even saw other ripoff reports published by others:

People be aware with this company. They say it is free but nothing is free... They take your content and make own app out of it and then they get credit. Very bad people!
