Complaint Review: Appstar Financial

Appstar Finiancial witheld credit card funds from my company stating it needed to further investigate the charges. It witheld the funds for 5 days!
The amount exceeded $7000 and this prevented my company from paying te monthly lease payment on time. The company called the cardholders (2) twice to confirm the charges were valid. The cardholder bank also called to confirm the charges were valid and approved the transactions. Lastly, Appstar Financial requested 3 months of our company's bank statements to further determine whether the charges were valid. I just wonder if Appstar Financial is having financial difficulties of their own and need to use their client's funds for investments or paying their own debt. What do you folks think out there? I sure could use "short term" loans occassionally!
